Laki and I spent last night at the Cusco CookingSchool learning how to knock up a few Peruvian disheswith two intrepid Canadian explorers Pam and Irene.We went to an amazing market to buy our ingredients and returned to make a potato and egg salad with a spicey peanut dressing chicken with rice and chocolate fondue.Yum
