The hotel is superly located next to Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City and Wangfujing Street and close to 2 subway stations: Wangfujing and Tiananmen East. Nanwanzi hutong (lane) is not very popular among the taxi drivers, but Nanheyan street where the alley is well known. The services provided by the staff are good. The staff can speak English are quite helpful. The beds are a little hard like most of Chinese hotels. Free Internet in the room helps a lot. Make sure you always bring the card from the hotel showing the hotel’s adress in Chinese character. The room is cleaned up everyday. Not too many stores nearby, but there is a store that is opened till late.

This hotel has a good location, a good value for the price.it is located in an authentic little hutong (narrow) with fruit sellers, shops and restaurants close to the front door. You can easily walk to Wangfujing, the Forbidden City, and Tienanmen Square. The room is very big for Chinese, clean and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast is plain but ok. Free Wi-Fi in the lobby is quite useful. A very good choice for travellers who want a clean and comfortable place to stay in Beijing.
